Two full weeks is enough to bring together Tanzania's major experiences in one trip: Northern Circuit parks, a southern reserve, time on Zanzibar and a cultural add-on, with no single element squeezed by the others. Buffer is the other real advantage. Fourteen days gives you slack to absorb a weather delay or a missed river crossing without sacrificing a game drive planned elsewhere in the trip, which shorter, tightly scheduled itineraries simply can't offer.
